Brasserie Cognac

Restaurateurs Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato opened Brasserie Cognac de Monsieur Ballon in April 2008. The duo brought their love for French culture and cuisine to New York City and created an authentic dining experience, with a brasserie-style menu combining French classics with modern creations.

Menu

We take a nimble approach to dishes, such as the signature dish, Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, prepared with wasabi, avocado and ponzu sauce. For a meal you won’t soon forget, start with a basket of gougères, our delightfully light and airy cheese puffs. .
