Can I order in-room dining?
Yes, in-room dining is available. We've removed our paper menus from your salon and now feature our in-room dining menu on your TV. In-room dining will only be available during evening hours from 5 PM - 10 PM.
When your order is ready to be served, we’ll call your salon to let you know one of our team members is on the way to contactless deliver your meal. Your order will arrive and will include single-use eco-friendly plastic ware which can be disposed of after your meal.
Is Lexington Brass Open?
Our on-site restaurant, Lexington Brass is temporarily closed. For area dining recommendations please inquire with one of our hosts.
Is the fitness center open?
Our on-site fitness center is open and available for hotel guests. In accordance with local mandates, limited occupants will be allowed in the space to ensure social distancing compliance. To schedule a workout time, please visit the front desk and speak with one of our hosts.
Do you have to wear a mask at the hotel?
Following the federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and team members, face coverings are required in all public spaces of the hotel.
Is valet/or self parking available?
Currently we are offering self parking only for $45 per day.
What else should I know prior to arrival?
We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Please contact the font desk and we’ll happily deliver them to your salon.

Are pets permitted?
Hotel 48LEX is happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. Simply let the hotel know that you’ll have a pet (or pets!) at least three days prior to arrival, and a dog bowl a cushy dog bed, and custom tag with the hotel’s address will be ready for your stay.
For safety reasons, we only accept dogs weighing 50 pounds and under, or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds or less. The cost for having a pet stay with you is $50 per day.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must occur 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid any penalties.
